    This is the last will and testament of me Michael Kelly, fisherman of Ferryland in the district of Ferryland and in the Southern District of Newfoundland.

    * I give devise and bequeath unto my second son Martin Kelly his heirs and executors all my property & land at Cold east Point Ferryland bounded by White's Property on the north west on the north east and east by the waters of Caplin Bay an the south west by the waters of Ferryland harbor together with the house and all property thereon.
    * To my eldest daughter Elizabeth Folley wife of Thomas Folley of Caplin Bay. I give devise and bequeath all money lying to my credit in the Savings Bank Department of the Bank of Montreal St. John's
