Norman J. Murphy

Notes:

Buried:
Norman was buried in Scotland, but he is commemorated on a family headstone in Holy Trinity RC Cemetery, Ferryland, Newfoundland. The headstone says he was born in 1921 but the 1921 Census says he was born Oct 1919.

Died:
Newfoundland Overseas Forestry Unit - WW II - Member #3534. Family information says that Norman stayed in Scotland after WWII. He married there and supposedly the Murphy family was notified of his death, by his wife, in 1948.
