Rita (Power) Ollerhead

OLLERHEAD, Rita Mary (Second World War veteran - Royal Canada Air Force) - Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on Saturday, June 28, 2003, Rita Mary Ollerhead (nee Power), formerly of Calvert, aged 83 years. Predeceased by her husband Roland Casper Ollerhead; brothers Gus, Greg and Peter; sisters Essie, Katie and Mary Frances. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, sons Jerry (Patricia), Max (Wanda) and Gregory; daughters Carmel (Tom), Jean (Lee), Ellen (Jerry) and Marie (Wing); beloved grandchildren Pamela, Michelle, Karen, Peter, Dana, Scott, Farron, Brad, Jonathan, Sarah, Derek, Jeff and Steve; sister Jean Boyle, Boston; brother Anthony Power, Long Island; nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends, especially her friends at the Caribou Pavilion, and in Corner Brook and Main Brook. Resting at Carnell`s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, St. John`s, on Sunday and Monday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 1, 2003 at 11 a.m. from Immaculate Conception Church, Calvert, with interment to follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Ferryland.
