Notes	Carrie's marriage record states that her father was Alfred Strong, fisherman. Her death record indicates that she was 45, when she died in 1920. The family believes that she may have come from the Clarenville area. This is possible since McAlpine's 1898 Directory lists: STRONG Alfred Clarenville lumberman.
